Incorporate a playful personality in your design scheme with Fluted wood panels. Defined by vertical concave curves across its surface, this scalloped design adds whimsical style and dimensional interest to walls.
Crafted by our team of skilled craftspeople in the UK, this panelling is precision-cut with advanced machinery to bring the wavy profile to life. It’s made from Hidrofugo MDF – a high-performance water-resistant material suitable for installation in humid interiors such as kitchens, utility rooms and more. Plus, it features relief lines on the reverse to keep the panel flush with the wall after application.
As well as being easy to install, this Fluted panelling is simple to customise to your style, as it can be coated in any colour to complement your scheme.

Full Panel: 2400mm (H) x 600mm (W) x 15mm (D); Individual Flute: 30mm (W)

Each panel covers 1.44m² (2400x600mm) or 0.72m² (1200x600mm). Measure the height and width of your wall in metres, multiply these values together to calculate the total area, and divide by 1.44 or 0.72 depending on panel size. Always round up.
Panels are crafted from Hidrofugo moisture-resistant MDF, which often has a green core. This core may be visible in machined profiles but does not affect surface quality or paint application.
Hidrofugo is a high-density, high-performance MDF with excellent moisture resistance, making it suitable for high-humidity areas like kitchens and bathrooms.
Apply Hybrid Grab Adhesive to the back of each panel and press firmly onto the wall.
For seamless results, use wood filler on joints and sand before painting. If needed, pin the panels with 25mm pins to aid adhesion.
If you choose unprimed panels, treat them with a water-based primer before installation.
Use a brush, roller, or sprayer with your chosen paint finish, such as matte, eggshell, or gloss. For the best results, install, seal gaps, and then paint. Pre-painting is possible but may require touch-ups after installation.
