The return portal is disabled and not accessible at this time.

To start the return process, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address or phone number in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return and the reason
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

 

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original as new condition
  • They must not have been used, installed or altered
  • They must be packaged securely in the original packaging
  • Samples cannot be returned

Free gifts and sale (discounted) items are not returnable.

For damaged parcels please request an exchange. You may be asked to provide photograph evidence.

Are there any charges for returns?

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
  • We will cover the outbound shipping fees for replacements/exchanges for UK orders. 
  • You will be subject to delivery costs for exchange orders.

 

How soon will I get my refund or exchange?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
  • If your return is approved, then your refund/exchange will be processed. Refunds will be credited automatically to the original method of payment, within 5 working days. Exchanges will be issued within 3 working days.
  • If your refund is rejected the goods will be returned to you in the same condition.
