Easily customise your panels to suit your interior style for a completely unique wall.
Proudly made in our Yorkshire workshop, each panel reflects the dedication and expertise of our skilled craftspeople.
Using Hidrofugo MDF means a denser and more durable panel than using standard MDF, built for longevity even in demanding spaces.
Get to know the concave curves of our Fluted panelling with this sample. It spotlights the details that define this style – namely, the vertical scalloped flutes on the front and the relief lines on the back that help keep the panels flush with the wall after application.
We bring our Fluted panels to life with cutting-edge machinery at our factory in East Yorkshire. This tester lets you see our premium craftsmanship up close and feel the Hidrofugo water-resistant MDF the panelling is made from. Furthermore, trying a sample will help you decide if a primed or unprimed finish would be the best option for your decorating project.

Full Panel: 2400mm (H) x 600mm (W) x 15mm (D); Individual Flute: 30mm (W)
Half-Height: 1200mm (H) x 600mm (W) x 15mm(D); Individual Flute: 30mm (W)
Each panel covers 1.44m² (2400x600mm) or 0.72m² (1200x600mm). Measure the height and width of your wall in metres, multiply these values together to calculate the total area, and divide by 1.44 or 0.72 depending on panel size. Always round up.
Panels are crafted from Hidrofugo moisture-resistant MDF, which often has a green core. This core may be visible in machined profiles but does not affect surface quality or paint application.
Hidrofugo is a high-density, high-performance MDF with excellent moisture resistance, making it suitable for high-humidity areas like kitchens and bathrooms.
Apply Hybrid Grab Adhesive to the back of each panel and press firmly onto the wall.
For seamless results, use wood filler on joints and sand before painting. If needed, pin the panels with 25mm pins to aid adhesion.
If you choose unprimed panels, treat them with a water-based primer before installation.
Use a brush, roller, or sprayer with your chosen paint finish, such as matte, eggshell, or gloss. For the best results, install, seal gaps, and then paint. Pre-painting is possible but may require touch-ups after installation.
