Returns

  • 28 day returns policy. Retail customers have the right to request a return within 14 days and a further 14 days once the request has been accepted.

Installation

Simply use grab adhesive on the back of your plank to secure to your wall. We recommend starting from the middle and work your way out 

  1. Prepare your wall
  2. Mark out the middle
  3. Apply grab adhesive to the back of the plank and press to your wall

We recommend cutting Wood Wall Planks with a fine-toothed hand saw to reduce to risk of veneer splintering.

Measure the height and width of your chosen space in metres, then multiply these values together. Divide this number by 1.07 then round your answer up to calculate how many packs you'll need.

Why do I need to acclimatise my Wood Wall Planks?

As our Wood Wall Planks are made from real wood veneer, they can slightly expand and contract depending on the temperature of your room. We recommend acclimatising your planks by unboxing and placing them in your chosen room for at least three days before installation.

Can I install Wood Wall Planks in wet areas?

We recommend installing Wood Wall Planks in dry areas with low humidity and no water contact.

How many tubes of grab adhesive will I need?

One tube of grab adhesive will cover approximately one pack of planks.
